How to Plan a Weekend in Los Angeles

Just like in any office, every Friday afternoon we have the same conversation here at The Point. It starts with the question, “So, what are you going to do this weekend?”

Do you know your answer yet?

In case you don’t, these are the websites we’ve found that always have the answers. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

1. Time Out Los Angeles

Every great city in THE WORLD has a Time Out website and magazine dedicated exclusively to the coolest things going on in that metropolis. But we think that the Time Out Los Angeles is the coolest, mostly because we think LA is the coolest place (that’s why we’re here, right?).

This is really cool: All of LA’s Outdoor Movies in One Calendar

2. Thrillist: Los Angeles

Thrillist

What’s the difference between Time Out Los Angeles and Thrillist? Well, this site is exactly what it sounds like. It is a site of lists: Every Summer Festival in Los AngelesThe Best Waterfall Hikes in LAHow to Spa in LA’s Koreatown.

3. Mommy Poppins

The other two lists cater a bit more towards adults, so we wanted to make sure that we have a list for all of our parents. This is a really cool one, written by someone who grew up in Los Angeles, about 100 Things To Do in LA with Kids Before They Grow Up.

We hope you love this list, and that it fills up your weekends with the magic of living in Los Angeles.

So, what are you doing this weekend? Let us know! 🙂
